Booking Terms / Conditions de réservation


 

By booking DJ Nalee, the client agrees to the following terms:


 

  1. Booking Confirmation
    A booking is confirmed once the date, time, location, and service details are agreed upon.
  2. Deposit & Payment
    A deposit may be required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the event.
  3. Cancellations
    If the event is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
  4. Event Details
    The client is responsible for providing accurate event information (venue address, schedule, and contact person on-site).
  5. Equipment & Sound
    If sound equipment is not provided by the venue, the client may be responsible for additional rental fees.
  6. Travel
    Travel fees may apply for events outside the Montreal area.
  7. Force Majeure
    DJ Nalee is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control (weather, venue issues, emergencies, etc.).
